1.Retail & SME Dealer vacancy – Co-op Bank of Kenya

The role holder will be responsible for ensuring effective delivery of the full range of retail & SME forex products to customers with a view to grow revenues and maintain continuous engagements so as to create synergies and wider product reach. The role will sit in the Retail & SME sales unit of the Treasury department.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any Business related field with at least 2 years’ experience in a large dealing room/ Treasury Function, certified Foreign Exchange and Money Market Dealer (ACI) while master’s degree in Business related field will be an added advantage.

2. Database Administrator – National Bank

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, maintaining, developing & implementing policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the Bank’s Oracle databases. Candidate will also be creating and maintaining databases required for development, testing and production usage, perform capacity planning required to create and maintain the databases, administration of Oracle RAC (Real Application Cluster), Oracle Exadata & Data Guard Administration among other duties.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, three (3) years’ experience in relevant field, a good knowledge of physical database design, excellent knowledge of Oracle backups and recovery, knowledge in Oracle RAC (Real Application Cluster), Exadata & DataGuard Administration, good communication skills ( oral & written) and strong analytical skills.

3. Digital Channels Manager – National Bank

The successful candidate will be leading & coordinating the Bank’s Card, Mobile, ATM and other emerging channels as a business delivery channel for the Bank’s corporate & retail customers and will also provide technical support for existing ATM/Card, mobile and internet banking systems and implementation of related projects, keep track of user issues and oversee their prompt resolution among other.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, eight (8) years’ experience in IT field, sound knowledge of Bank operations, policies & procedures, experience in mobile, cards &ATM based financial systems as well as SMS & USSD connectivity and a project Management, ITIL Certification is required for qualification.
